Meeting Room 3077 is available to Western Michigan University faculty and staff for University business and discussion‑based gatherings. Light food is permitted, with all arrangements and cleanup handled by the reserving group. Meetings that require additional resources or advance planning may be subject to cost‑recovery fees.

The room features a large wall-mounted monitor, whiteboards and an all-in-one Logitech Meetup conferencecam that is compatible with Webex, Teams and Zoom. The conferencecam has an ultra-wide lens that automatically adjusts the camera position and zoom to find and frame everyone in the room.

This meeting room can be reserved for up to 9 hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 120 days in advance.
