"'Evidence synthesis' is a research methodology which brings together information and findings from a range of sources to help analyze and inform decisions on a variety of problems and issues. This workshop will:

  • instruct participants on how to find evidence synthesis articles: literature (aka “narrative”) review, scoping review, systematic review, meta-analysis.
  • review the purpose and application of the various types of evidence synthesis.

This workshop is part of the Scholarly Success Skills for Graduate Students workshop series
