Managing your Data in Spreadsheets Online

Successfully managing your data is the foundation of any project. The purpose of this workshop is to help guide you through more effective data wrangling strategies. In it, you will use Excel to learn: good data entry practices, how to avoid common formatting mistakes, and basic quality control.
NOTE: Learning how to conduct data analyses, such as plotting, statistics, or code, is beyond the scope of this workshop. The materials are based on the Data Carpentry module Data Organization in Spreadsheets for Ecologists.
