Applying Business Fundamentals: Company Research In-Person at Schneider 2230 In-person
Workshop attendees will learn to efficiently gather company research sources for their assignment using GlobalData Explorer, Statista, and ABI/INFORM Collection through WMU Libraries. Sources gathered will include books, a company analysis report with a SWOT analysis, a collection of statistical charts from various sources in one report, and news and trade journal articles from business publications such as Forbes and the Wall Street Journal. Attendees will be taught how to search and filter results to increase relevancy and reduce browsing time and how to generate and proofread citations for the sources found using APA style.
