During this workshop, you'll learn about:

4:00-4:45 Using other people's ideas (or.... how to avoid plagiarizing) Don't get caught stealing other people's ideas. This session will review the ways to appropriately and ethically use other people's ideas such as paraphrasing and quoting.

4:45-5:30 Parts of a citation. Citations come in different formats and styles. Learn how to decipher different parts of a citation and why they are important. You will also learn where to find the information in books and articles. 

SPuRS credit eligible.
