Twin Apocalyptic Threats: The Climate Crisis and Nuclear Weapons, a Climate Emergency Month Lecture with Dr. Ron Kramer

Twin Apocalyptic Threats: The Climate Crisis and Nuclear Weapons, a Climate Emergency Month Lecture with Dr. Ron Kramer In-person

Join Dr. Ron Kramer for a free lecture and discussion on the twin threats that climate change and nuclear weapons present to the world.

Climate disruptions and the potential for nuclear war are the two key existential dangers of our time, but the nexus between these threats are often ignored. These twin apocalyptic threats have much in common and need to be considered together because they intersect with and intensify the risks of each other.

This event is a part of Climate Emergency Month hosted by Western Michigan University's Climate Change Working Group.
